Course Preface

Nearly all human beings seek to improve their happiness while reducing their suffering. At Zendo, we consider training the mind as one of the fundamental pillars to living a great life. Meditation is the longest standing approach to mind training, but it can be time intensive and take many weeks to notice any meaningful improvements.

Zendo, which activates brain areas related to meditation, during meditation can bring an increase in calm, focus, and connection 2.5x better than meditation alone.

With all those benefits, you might still ask, but how do I use Zendo, what’s my best mode, and what practices might I do during Zendo? We have the answer. Our cofounder, Dr. Baron Short, who is a brain stimulation expert with a 27-year meditation practice across a variety of traditions facilitates this beginner course to walk you through all you need to know on using Zendo while including some of the best meditative techniques that can be done at rest or during your daily activity to improve your happiness.
